I know you have that 500 in you, let it come.... In the meantime keep them great reps going.
Also huge congrats on the mortgage. Nice few extra quid in your pocket now every month.

3PPS looks on the cards indeed. Make it happen.
Strong rows!

Great work and fine PR.
Is it just me out has your squat hit a purple patch of late?
Thanks a bunch for looking back so far Alan! Indeed, 480 is a great PR, and in hindsight I am glad I got the small PR, which are the name of the game for me.Rep work will continue, as I next attempt 475 for reps. Goal will be 3, but 4 may happen, maybe even 5 - ya just never know with fickle deads. Mrs Squatter and I are getting the travel bug now that we will be able to save for big holidays. Florida this year and Europe in the next 2 or 3 - likely for Mrs Squatters' 50th birthday.

Squat is now going where no Squatter has gone before - especially on form.

OHP DAY

I have been struggling of late on OHP, so I decided to change things up. Out with Incline Bench, Chins, and Face Pulls and in with pressing my ass off with BTNP, Arnies, and CGBP. Hope my progression starts moving in the right direction soon with this. The last rep of each set was next to fail. I should be able to recover in 4 days in time for Crew bench on Saturday.

Here's an extra specila treat for y'all - A Shelby not a whole lot of people ever knew he built. He invited us into one of the garages at Watkins Glen Raceway in Corning, NY to see it. Indeed, I took the pic myself. What aan absolute glorious day and treat that was.

Good call on the change... When you come back to OHP you will blow your old weights out of the water.

Thanks RR!! It's certainly a lift I need to progress more on - a BW strict press is the ultimate goal for me.
