Squats - amazing. I can't believe the depth you are hitting. I remember how things were 2 years ago. Great improvement!

Deads - Looked good. Very consistent reps, and strong.

Damn, Jim. Those are some seriously awesome DL's. IIRC back when I was last on here you were having grip issues that necessitated using VG's for all your DL work. It looks like you've really managed to get that worked out. Awesomeness!!

Thanks Steve!! Depth has been a huge thing for me ever since being called on depth on my opener in vegas last November. I will never be called on depth ever again!! It hurt to the core at the time.

On the 460, I moved forward slightly, at least I felt I did. It was sweet to still pull it relatively easily despite that.

Good to know I am good to move forward without any major form issues at this point.

Thanks Ken!! Indeed, I was using VG's all the time as my tremors were getting the best of me physically & mentally. After Steve convinced me to compete, I had to have faith in him and the process. The thought was is that even by using VG's, my grip for singles would still progress and be there when I need it. So, I reset my weight, and started to deadlift only raw. Once I built it up again raw, and got a couple of meets under my belt, I decided to do singles raw all the time, and do my rep work with VG's

BTW, rep work was mandated to me by my sports medicine doc and my eye surgeon. Low and behold, it has been the formula I have been looking for anyway, as I have been making great progress and remaining healthy.

Remaining in super health, which I really am in right now, is job#1 for me. So goes my lifting as goes my health.
