Glad I was able to catch up in here.

1st...congrats on the anniversary. We'll be celebrating ours next week on a cruise.

2nd...who needs "how to" vids when I can watch your vids of DL's and squats. Nice work

3rd...congrats on the big DL PR.

4th...glad you enjoyed the Vegas trip. One of these days. My wife does not want to go because of the sin city reputation. Nice to see you were able to enjoy it without the drinking and gambling...maybe I can talk her into the trip one day.

Thanks Storm!! Hope you have fun and are able to relax. Indeed, smoking and drinking are the norm in Vegas, but Vegas has alot more to offer like I said - shopping, food, and entertainment. We don't gamble either.

I am very happy and proud of my form , especially of late. Really makes my day when others like yourself can take something from them to improve your own.

Thanks DZ!! I'm going to run with what my body will give me on any given day. Instinctive training is working well for me. Looking forward to some crew training this weekend.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
