HEAVY BENCH

This was certainly a very interesting session. I turned into an animal right after my benching, just as I started drinking my second shaker of Ark 1. Al did tell me it would take a few weeks for me to start feeling the effects of it, and man was he ever right. I have never ever have had a session where I literally felt like hunting down prey and shredding it apart. This stuff is golden. Combined with Ark 3 for recovery, it is just incredible stuff. I am recovering twice as fast and now the intensity of my training has progressed big time. Your mileage may vary, but I highly suggest anyone give it a shot. It is truly a supplement that delivers what it promises and that you can feel working.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Great benching. If you had pressed back slightly, I reckon you would have got the lift a bit cleaner without stalling.
