Decided I'm going to alternate BHTNP and PP each "B" Day. I missed PP too much. My back was absolutely pain-free on these!!

Thanks Steve. These were BOBR's. I do Pendlay's on "A" day (Squat Day). I really enjoy having 2 rowing movements in my routine.

Thanks Josh. I would like 2 PPS on the BOBR's soon, but back will liekly have nothing to do with it right now. Strength is there, but that annoying kink is still lurking.

Thanks Ken. I was very excited lower back held up. I always feel deads in legs and upper back for the most part anyway.

Wise words Carl I might have to take out BOBR's and Pendlays. The BOBRs didn't really cause an issue at the time, but my low back is a bit too achey today. I reckon they are the culprits.

Haha - since I saw Matty doing 1 PPS curling awhile back, I have a huge urge and drive to do the same
