The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Thanks Steve! Depth really hit home in my sikey when I got called for it in Vegas by getting 3 reds on my 1st attempt with 375. I knew I had to bury my next attempts, which I did at 375 and 405 with all whites. From that point on, I have had the confidence I can bury anything.

A post by Al really got me thinking last year when he said I should be burying the lighter weights (in the 200's and low 300's) I was doing at the time. This was the actual starting point to correct depth issues.

Indeed, I am very proud of it and I will never be called on depth again either in a meet or in the gym. I hate it when I don't make depth.

Honestly, those deadlifts looked amazing. Good work, man.

Also, I'm so glad to read about your eye show improvements! What sort of physician is Dr Lisa (I think that's what you said the name was)? Ophthalmologist, or are you dealing with a neurologist? Don't have much Birdshot knowledge to know which is needed...if either, perhaps it's another lol

Thanks Dave! Ya, the triple was some of my finest raw work.

I am referring to I WILL - a member here. her name is Lisa. She's not a Doctor, but has helped just as much as the docs, if not more, to help me combat my inflammation by means of diet and supplements.

I am on quite a restrictive diet now and I take collagen and silver biotics, amongst other supps, to help fight the disease. I honestly feel it has been working wonderfully. I don't think it's a coincidence that my vision has now improved beyond anyones expectations like I mentioned.
