Thanks Tank!! It took a few years to get it where it's at today, but well worth the effort. The good thing is is that I do not even remember what all those bad old foods even taste like, and I never crave any food of any kind, with maybe the exception of Pomegranate Arils.

I am getting back into the cardio to put me back into a calorie deficit so I can lose the last 5-10 lbs on this cut.

531 CYCLE 3 WEEK 1 DAY 2 BENCH PRESS

I was scheduled to squat this morning, but I instead opted to bench. I am waiting for my Nike Romaleo's. They are so close, according to the tracking # - they are here in Calgary at the Purolator Courier depot, but not yet at my door. I am waiting for the doorbell to ring like a kid waiting up for Xmas morning.

Benching went OK this morning, but not great. Did not seem to have much energy, and after my money set I felt nauseated. The pendlay's made me feel like hurling my pre-wo supp into orbit.

I may have had a bad case of the DOH'S (Delayed Onset Hangover Sickness) from NYE. I also seemed to have lost my man card as I had 4 fruity rum drinks and 4 fruity French Beer's (They are the only beer's that are gluten-free)

Thanks Mark!! The Nike's will for sure be here today and I can't wait to try them out Wednesday AM for squats.

Thanks so much Big Al. Earning the respect of my brothers in iron means so much too me.

On a side note, Mrs Squatter and I are very close to deciding our next trip, and the UK is at the top of the list. My uncle Dick wants me to go there to see my Uncle Ray & Aunt Barbara in Liverpool, whom are very dear to me. There is even a town/village there bearing my last name. Mrs Squatter has no problems going shopping with Mrs ltL while we SHFW!!
