410 x 8 is in monster land. Nice work Squatter. Keep ramming on those numbers. You can the potential to hit some big 500+ pound deadlifts in the very near future.

Thanks Steve!! The numbers will be progressing for a very long time yet. To be a member of the 500 club would be a dream come true.

My current dead PR is 455, done at the end of cycle 5 - so about 9 weeks ago.

WEIGH-IN

No time for cardio on Sunday due to Mom's Day celebrations

Weight: 222.2 lbs
Waist: 39.0 inches

So, weight is up 1.8 lbs from last week, and waist is no change once again. No worries tho as I know I gained some lean mass as I had a record breaking week. Strength is up big time, which is most important to me. It looks like my cut to 200 lbs is going to take a loooooong time, which is just fine with me. I do want to be big and strong after all
