I am a supplement junkie. (psst -anybody know where I can score some cheap fish oil!?) -

Hate cardio and always looking for new and fun ways to get some in (currently this is fencing).

I like to lift heavy (for me), but I mix it up with lighter/higher volume stuff to give my joints a break.

Used to lift years ago and was really into it, but at some point it seems I let go of the steering wheel and let life get in the way. Now, this is my life (or a huge part of it). Even have my wife hitting the gym with me once per week, fencing, and eating better (not perfect, but we're working on it).

OK, if you've read this far, you really should get back to doing something constructive, so I'll cap it here -for now....

Default 2/22 Lite Chest

CNS is feeling a little tapped out. Went relatively lite on the chest work tonight. Took advantage of this to play around with rev. grip on the bench work. (puts less torque on elbows and wrists - I'm coming off a partial elbow dislocation)

Torso Twist:
130 x 20, 20
205 x 20, 20
(machine maxed out)

Pre-exhaust
Pec Dec:
150 x 10, 10, 10 (extreme ROM)
Drop Set: 50 reps, starting at 255 and going up the stack

Bench Press:
(rev. grip)
135 x 10, 10, 10
185 x 10
205 x 10
225 x 10
(new exercise, played around with hand placement and where bar hits chest)

Incline BP:
(rev. grip)
135 x 10 x5 sets
(each set at a higher incline, finishing with shoulder presses)
(again, new exercise, just feeling it out)

High Pulley Cable Crossovers:
3 sets of 12
(good squeeze)

Low Pulley Cable Crossovers:
3 sets of 12
(good squeeze)
