Not GL, but if I had to guess I would say between 14 and 17%. Closer to the high end.

No, that pic was taken a few months before, maybe around November. I had just started back into barbell training, after working on gymnastic strength training for several months. Maybe as much as 8 months of gymnastic work.

Right before I had to layoff last year due to some injury issues. My arms were right at 16" legs were close to 25". I'll see if I can find some of my old stats.

I was bulking pretty hard this time last year. I like to eat!!

This was around march or April of last year.

I have 7.25" wrist, but my overall frame is very ecto. It shows when I lean out. My arms are over 15.5" cold, and I'm growing again. I'm eating more of a lean bulk this time.

At nearly 49 I'm just happy to still be able to lift, and have fun.

Yeh If all they want is a six pack great, but most kids say i wanna get big and cut and shreaded and whatever, but they have nothing to cut and just simply need to eat... I really wish i had known then what i know now - hindsight huh

They do say that youth is wasted on the young though

I would probably give it another year of hard training before cutting. You have some real quality mass left to gain.

Could not say exactly. Around 17% would be my guess. I carry my fat right around the middle, and in my chest. I have lost about 5lbs since those pics were taken.

At 200 pounds it's more likely that it's higher than 18%. Maybe 20. I am basing this on existing muscularity.

In any case, the difference is only a few pounds of fat.

I would aim to add 10 pounds of muscle.
