Incline DB press-- 75x10/ 85x10/ 90x10/ 100x6

Decline Hammer Strength machine-- 180x12/ 270x8/ 320x2/ 180x10

Cable Flys-- 25x10/ 30x10/ 30x10/ 35x8

Machine Shrugs-- 315x10/ 365x10/ 365x10/ 365x10

Seated lateral raises-- 3 sets of 25lbs x12 reps

Standing BTN press-- 75x10/ 95x10/ 105x7/ 115x4

pretty awesome work out.. and to top it all off my gym had been closed for the two weeks i have been back from Kuwait, but it reopened today... so it is really time to kill it, im back at home and my favorite gym is back in business, its time to get huge!!!!!
