Default Plz help with my supplement budget

I have $50 a month to spend, and have never really used much supplements.

Whole milk, almonds, a weight gainer and generic chips or crackers like Cheez-its.

Don't know if I'd go the chips and crackers route, but if it doesn't throw fat on ya in a couple weeks, chomp away.

Fish, chicken, pork, beef, sweet taters , definitely nuts like Steve mentioned, cottage cheese, oatmeal, brown rice, mixed veggies. Stuff like that.

Read this...

http://muscleandbrawn.com/2009/06/bu...ulking-system/

I developed a bulking/cutting cycle that is based on a number of research studies. You bulk for 2 weeks, then cut for 2 weeks. Helps you gain muscle without gaining too much excess fat.
