The thing about low bar is you have to/should adopt a wide stance, and it's geared more towards well..geared squatting.

High Bar has worked well for me since ive stayed RAW.
If i ever go geared(which as of now is a never), I might try to adapt to a low bar, but for now High Bar is perfectly fine for me.
