been taking AR intra workout and actually seems to work better than postworkout... makes sense, because i always hear of guys using bcaas intra workout during cuts

took 2 tbsp of AR w/ 16 oz low cal gaterade & 16 oz. water last night intraworkout.... gonna need it... cal defecit is effecting workouts more so everyday

same as yeterday but I lost my bottle at the gym and didnt finished the whole 32 oz concoction... but my triceps are still not as sore as the past two wednesday mornings

mos def feel a difference in soreness in the triceps... not as sore as the past couple of weeks... would recommend taking the AR intraworkout rather than postworkout

for fridays workout i took my AR with my preworkout due to knowing i would be in a rush postworkout... gonna stick with this... legs have had 0 to little soreness... more of a fatigued feeling
