I've played with sumo too and found that I was much at lock out with but couldn't get the same weight off the floor like I do with convo, great job on the PR!

Thanks fella's. Yea btb it seems all the sumo work I have done has helped my convo pull too ......... Though I have took some time from lower body work due to hip problems my convo pull was stronger. And mab I'm the same way. I can get alot more weight off the floor convo .
