Thanks guys. Wish I could take the credit but a friend on another site put me on to this. I need to spend more time on Youtube, there is some good stuff there.

Let's talk about this a bit. Which rule do you feel is the hardest to apply to your life?

For me it is probably the first. Trusting myself is often harder for me to do then any of the other.

Used to be the "working my butt off." I always trained hard, but never ate anything close to a sufficient diet. I now train like it matters, and a huge part of that is knowing I have my diet in check.
