How often are you doing cardio? Just noticed the monster 45 minute session and was wondering if you stick to a schedule or wing it...

Right now its been hard for me to get it in like i want o but most of the time its 45 min post

my cut ill be starting in two weeks will be 45 min am and 45 mins post w/o

Can't wait to see how the cut works for you. Keep up the hard work on the cardio. I have to start doing more of it myself but it always feels like a chore.
