Default Who trains with whom - and where?

Hi all,

I just wanted to know if any of you train together as well as forum together, and whereabouts?

Also things like your fave gym to train in, whether you've trained with a notable somebody, or - if you train at home - where did you start?

Forgive my inquisitiveness. I'm new to this forum, and just wanted to get a feel for the community at large. It's quite unlike any other I've encountered.

started lifting at my college gym in southern california, lifted in the same gym for 6 years because after college i coached at the college, had a solid training group there powerlifters, and performance guys. We all trained together and helped eachother out despite the different goals we had. thats why i like MAB, everyone here is here to help each other out.

Now im in upstate new york soloat a commercial gym which is nice but lacks the atmosophe and comradery.

same here bro, ive trained at many gyms before especially in hawaii where im originally from, but nothing beats the so cal gym at trained at...that place was all about business training..

I have trained with Jslep and Rich Knapp (several times). I have met Rippednmichigan and BigValsalva.

I train in my dungeon, or at Gold's Gym in Neenah, Wisconsin. I also have trained at THE Gym in Minnesota.

Nice setup Steve - I've only ever seen the Dungeon in those grainy little vids you sometimes add to your logs - that's a seriously enviable amount of space and equipment you've got there!

Right now I'm waiting on delivery of a punching bag, and am trying to source a basic bench for the Savickas and a leg exercise attachment for my rig... it's a real bitch, coz the attachment is readily available from suppliers over east... but they don't ship to here!

i train at golds gym in bristol, ct. usually with my lil bro and sometimes some of the others on the bodybuilding team he competes with.
