Another day off today as the gyms opening hours clash with my hours at work But hopefully will be starting the new routine tomorrow...

I am gonna start with my strength day which will be

Squats x 8,6,4
Bench or Dips x 8,6,4 (dont know which to do yet... any ideas ???)
Pull ups x 8,6,4
Deadlifts 8,6,4

possibly follwed with some LiT...

Then ill do a day of HiiT on Tuesday/Wednesday. A normal Fullbody Hypertrophy day after that, then a fullbody weights circuit (with cardio interplaced) to help with endurance (so15 reps+ on everything, i set of each, then a minute of so of cardio, rest then do the circuit again )

Actually quite looking forward to it as its a massive change from what i have been doing..

Seated DB Shoulder press - Back NOT Supported

Cardio

20mins MiT on the eliptical trainer... Hill setting,70-75 rpm, heart bpm @ 130 ~ 150, 208 calories burnt

Workout felt good although i was a bit fried by the time i got to the shoulder presses. Felt good though and actually enjoyed the cario

Glad i didnt do the deadlifts at the end as i think i may have hurled lol, but was a good workout.

Got a definite sweat on during the cardio, and i when i first stepped on it my heart registered at 132bpm anyway so hopefully the weights will add to the fat burning, especially with training in the AM ???

Total workout time 1 hour 15 mins (including cariod/warm ups/warm down)

Haha, I was taking it a bit easy on the squats as i have been having a few problems with my old knees lately My bench has almost over taken my deadlift though
