I usually bring the DBs up to the opposite shoulder.
Not saying its right or wrong.
Just how I do 'em.
Of course, I now have tendinitis in bothe arms.....

LOLs - I think there might be a correlation there, Sz. I get wicked tendinitis from most cross-body movements. So far these have not been a problem though.

Reviewing the volume on my vids, it's clear Planet Fitness would black list me pretty quick...

leftover beef stroganoff and pasta (mostly pasta), 300 grams
lean rare steak 100 grams total cooked weight

Snack
2 small tins Tuna with tomato and onion, 190 grams total weight

Cardio - shopping run
20 mins power walk, mostly uphill
20 mins 10 kilo loaded walk, mostly downhill

7:00 PM
500 mls A2 milk with Bushells chicory mix
