And the back DOMS today so bad I couldnt do chest(at least have a good workout, so I let the gf give me a massage)

Took a scoop of K-Otic(mixed with a hint of Hemo Rage Black) tasted WAY better. Energy not so much, tingles a little bit. I think my body is used to caffeine. Oh well, time for a break from it I guess.

Took a scoop of K-Otic, alright energy and pump. Also took 4 pills(total for the day) of LG's Rezolution, can tell a difference. Felt it working, made me a little more aggitated today especially since it was a long, stressful day. But it also made cardio a breeze today. Cant wait to see how it works.
