Default I am losing weight?

Please help me understand. I am eating over 5000 cals a day and losing weight. How can this be? I lost 5 pounds in 2 months.

My diet looks like

7:00 - 12 eggs and two whole grain toast
9:00 - 2 scoops Dynamitze Elite Whey Protein with one cup oats
11:00- 1 can tuna
1:00 - 1 can tuna
3:00 - 2 scoops Dynamitze Elite Whey Protein with 1 cup oats
5:00 - 14 ounces wheat spaghetti and 1 pound ground beef with tomato sauce
8:00 - 2 scoops Dynamitze Elite Whey Protein with 1 cup oats

On workout days I add rice to my tuna.

that 11am meal and 1 pm meal are both to small atleast add some peanutes or a banana, and 3 shakes a day, need more solid food dude, only actualy good things i see here are the eggs and maybe the tuna when i was bulking let me show you an average day for me and i gained about 40 pounds

24 oz.steak had this 3 times a week
eggs
hamburger helper (2 cups milk 1lb. hamburger meat)
gallon of milk( around 3500 calories)
some sweet potato casserole
some pork chops
one protein shake about 800 calories
usually some chicken pasta


NOTICE I DIDNT DO IT IN TIMES I FULL TIME ATE MY ASS OFF WENT FROM ABOUT 155 TO 186 POUNDS, i dont suggest you go this far because i actually ate more than i should have about 10000 calories

eat more solid food

i usually ate way more than this, i just wrote this up as an example i ate meat/pasta/milk all day

I would have to agree. More normal food. I eat atleast a pound of ground beef, to 2 chix breast to 12 eggs to god knows what but atleast 6 times a day not counting the protein shake i have after or before work out.

protein shakes are a bonus, not to live off them for meals

My math comes up with around 4800 cals with the supplied info. However you thought you were eating OVER 5K day in calories, and you were actually under by a few hundred. Over the last 60 days you have eaten approx 12000 fewer calories than you thought. That number comes out to roughly 3.4lbs worth of calories.

The 2nd point is this. If your trying to gain weight and your losing weight, eat more!

Maybe losing some weight is not a bad thing. Whats your BF%

Your really only showing us a tiny portion of what is happening but asking us to guess what the whole picture looks like. Show us the whole picture to look at.

I only weigh 143 but don't know how to get body fat. I can see some of my abs but I am small.

5'11" and im 18. I just started 2 months ago and losing weight.
