Today's Workout

Workout Time: 41 minutes

Workout Grade: A-

Daily Cardio: NADA

Front delts were a bit tight yet from this week's incline presses and dips. Had a good tricep pump today. My left shoulder has been a bit tender for the last 2 months and one arm dumbbell presses were a little more difficult with that arm. I finished the reps so I can't complain.

And 2100 calories must be a hell of a challenge. I know the 1950 or so for me is proving to be tough. But perseverance will pay off when you dominate the stage!

Thanks Andy. One luxury I have that others don't is that I can't get much bigger so I don't feel the pressure to do too much. Don't take this to mean I am bigger then guys like Francisco because I'm not. I just stopped adding mass a long time ago.

So basically I just go with how I feel on that day.

You will. Crush yourself while you're young. As you get old, at least for me, volume work kills me at times. Lift hard while your hormones are strong. By 22 you will be huge.

I've always been more of a low-volume, almost all compound lifts trainee.
