Overall it feels great, this is a great switch for me mentally, since I can look at the bar and see less weight on it but usually by the 6th or 7th rep, my body starts screaming.

Also, I have not felt as much lower back fatigue as before. I think it gets more rest on this program.

Yes it is very nice, I only have training partners for bench press however. I bench with a group of guys on Mondays and Fridays. However, the rest of the week I am on my own.

Thats good stuff, I find that as long as I have someone to work out with a few days a week I can stay motivated.

What federation are you competing with? Equipped or unequipped?

These guys compete in WABDL. So I will prob follow suit so I can learn the ins and outs a lil better. Ill be competing equipped, but I do have aspirations of competing in both raw & equipped. I got a 505 Sat, the first time in a shirt. I think that with a lil training I can compete at a decent level.

That is awesome bud, I think I am going to bench with a shirt on Friday and that will be my first time ever. I am hoping to get over 400. I am really only interested in competing raw but I would like to mess around with a shirt.
