Thanks. I'm feeling the squats in the adductors and hammies today plus a little in the quads. Can't really say I feel the delt work though.

Life's going well! Had a great vacation in AZ last week, got a new deal at work which suits me just fine and a date tonight. I don't measure my happiness by the moments, but it's definitely good times right now.

Thanks. It's unintentionally Mentzer-ish in the sense of exercise selection, but I always thought that was a concession to age and years of beating the body. I've been training very consistently for 20 years. May not show, but less is more for me nowadays. As for the success Mentzer claimed with newbs....that probably came from the simplified program allowing real focus and progression and/or the fact that newbs respond to anything!
