Default For Smoothie lovers...

I just tried the new JIF "Whip" peanut butter in my pwo smoothie. Two tablespoons does the trick. It's good stuff. I make my pwo shake with:

ice
1/2 banana
handful strawberries
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
2 tblspn JIF whip
cup apple juice

just blend it up and yummmmmy. Anywhere from 30-60gm protein, depending on the type/amount powder you use.

I swapped out the strawberries for blueberries today and added an extra scoop of JIF. Tasted so good, I almost got "brain freeze" I drank it so fast. LOL

Try freezing bananas(no peel). Blend milk, frozen banana, scoop of whey. Boom milkshake! I have a big freezer bag full of bananas, they last along time.
