Thanks alot guys, im feeling good about this, what if i wanted to start this tomorrow instead of monday, can i just run it awkward this week and next week be back to monday wednesday friday

I like the 3 day routine Coop. I don't know how you would respond but, I would run it like. I did something similar 6 days a week.

Legs/Abs

Chest/Tris/Shoulders

Back/Bis/Traps

Its a 5/3/1 its gotta be run the way its set to be its deadlift one day with assistance exercises, then ohp with assist, and also bench and squat with assist

Got my whole 5 weeks written out with the weights and percentages for all 15 workouts O YEAH, Now I have A few goals, My starting deadlift is 225,bench-135,Squat-205 im not getting off this program until my lifts are as follows

Squat-305
Deadlift-300
Bench-200

This should take a couple months but im gonna crush it
