So I was getting ready to head to the gym when I read this and thought I would give it a shot. Hit 65 in ten seconds ... decided to try again and hit 50 in ten second. One more time ... hit 68 in ten seconds.

Now I am so tired I am going to go lay down, will make the gym tomorrow.
