I hit Chest, Back and Shoulders yesterday. Felt good to have a plan and get out there and throw the weights around. My lats and middle back are feeling from the work out yesterday. Chest is feeling nice and tight too. I busted out 4 sets of push ups to failure totaling up to 65 reps. Not bad considering I hammered my chest first and finished it off with the push ups. I got Arms, Calves and Thighs today and looking forward to not being able to walk tomorrow haha.

Thanks guys, I really need to work on my hand and arm position on my bench. I worked tri's today and they were sore from yesterday. Repped out 225x6x4 on squats and about the third set I was getting light headed. I worked the sh1t out of my legs today. I don't think I've ever worked legs to the point of feeling ill, but today I did!
