@ BTB - 2000 to 2010 - ten years almost.


Wednesday- Legs/Abs/MMA "M.Thai

1) Front Box Squats with Bands
110x12/x12/x12

2) Squats
200x8
300x5
350x5

3) Resistance Band Sprints
3 sets to drop dead - First round did 10 back and forth, Next with weight vest did 8 and almost threw up, Last set more in vest and hit 10 only though force of will and I fell on the floor. Legs were swollen

4)Step Ups/Squats Super Set
A) Step Ups - 3 x 30 each leg
B) Squats - 100x3x15

15 mins of weighted M.Thai Kicks and Knees on heavy bag

Stomps/Box Jumps Super Set

"Note" - These are heal stomps to locations - Head, Ribs,Limbs. These are preformed on a modified heavy duty truck tire. The stomps most be hard enough that when you hit the ridge of the tire it bengs to touch the other side.

A) Stomps - 3 x 15 both legs
B) Box Jumps - 30 inch Box - 3 x 20


Ab/Core Super Set
A) Incline Sit Ups ( While being hit in the stomach, This sucked major ass) 3 x 50
B) Deep Leg Lifts ( While being smach in stomach with Rattan stick,Again Suck) 3 x 30
C) Side Bends - with 45lb Plate - 3 x 20 Each side

Done- My legs are fried, I am walking bow legged..They friggen hurt..Legs will get worked out again this week ugh

400x10 PR felt like I could of hit another set of 400 x 10 or 12 but felt a lil something in my back and it told me to chill and work it another time

Took a Break and then we blasted over to hit cardio conditioning training

Cardio in Super sets

Set 1
A) Jump Rope - 3 x 200 seconds
B) Sit Ups - 3 x 50

Set 2
A) Jump Rope - 3 x 200 Seconds
B) Ab Wheel - 3 x 20

Set 3
A) MaceBells - 20lb bell - 3 x 20 both sides
B) Weighed FMA power shots with steel pipe - 3 x 20 both shoulders

Set 4
A) Knuckle Conditioning - Full power punches ( ground and pound) to Heavy duty truck tire - 5 min

Set 5
A) Worked some FMA sayoc knife drills with friend

Set 6
A) Wrestled for 10 min right though..

Done..Tired..Hungry!
