Thanks guys! Weight is still 225-227 lbs and has been there the last 2 months. Strength are increasing though, maybe i shall add some additional cals to se if i can break 230 soon.
Will try to put up some pictures soon too.

First 4 weeks completed

Halfway into this cycle now, and so far its working ok. I havent gained ANY weight the last months, i think i actually dropped a lb or two, this is quite dissapointing couse i wanted to gain weight with this supp too. On the other hand ive gained strength like crazy considering its in just 4 weeks, not a workout without a PR (rep, sets or weight).

Side effects? Nothing dramatic. Still got some moodswings, and back acne, more than i had when i did steroid cycles (during my early twenties, i was young and didnt know better)

So far its a 7 out of 10, great supp after all.

Thanks man. Can absolutely tell the difference, weight is about the same, +/-2lbs, but abs are much more visible and iam much harder overall. I eat alot of fat and carbs (5-7 liters of 3% milk a day among other things). Also lost almost an inch in the love handle region.

Last day today so i will sum it up..

Strength gains have been great this 8 weeks, agression (towards weights that is) have been great, have maintained weight even though ive been eating like crazy, got much harder (while upping cals) so this i would reccomend. Had some back acne and mood swings in the beginning. Been horny as a goat whole cycle.
Recovery has been much faster, if i had got the time i would have been lifting twice a day everyday some weeks =)

Good stuff in other words, no miracles but it works.

7/10.

Now back to normal, will se if i do another cycle in a couple o months or if i try something else or not.
