Lightbulb One Exercise

If you could only do one exercise for the rest of your life, what would you do?

I would do deadlifts because I like them and I feel that they are a great full body workout.

squat, because it seems like the most useful movement. (most bang for my buck)
I know its debatable, but I do believe it gives all round strength, as you need strong arm/hands/shoulders to support the bar

I would probably cheat and choose "Clean & Press". Of course, then my chest would be even more lacking that now! Other than that though, it's nearly a whole body "exercise", for sure.

If it had to be strictly ONE (no "&"s), then... I give up. Or I might choose that Strongman press which is all in one movement, from the floor to overhead (not a snatch - no idea what it's called).

Hideously difficult question!

Deadlift. If you go heavy everything gets strong. If you do lots if reps it's a great total body conditioner.

I thought I'd never be able to answer this until I saw this. Clean and jerk. It's the only movement that would hit almost everything.

I'm not going off of what hits everything here, but I' say probably the squat.

I was torn between squat and deadlift, but I feel the squat is a true test of character when that shit gets heavy. Plus it makes you jump high, run fast and a good looking pair of wheels is a win.

I was torn between squat and deadlift as well. Clean and jerk is an Olympic lift so I consider that as one lift.

Keep em coming!
