Default Ha! My laugh for today.

This month I had a beginning trainee ask me about the program I ran when I was a newb. I provided them with the program. A month later they emailed and asked how long I ran the program, and if they should now try something different.

I responded by saying that I ran the same program on and off for 2 decades.

Ha! Can't wait to get the response back from that email.

You're right.

He just responded seconds ago by asking how often he should switch exercises.. My response was:

Quite frankly I don't believe in muscle confusion or switching exercises in the context of muscle building.

Yeah, muscles do two things: contract and relax. It's not some strategic chess game whereby you have to outwit muscle fibers that each house their own superior intelligence centers.
