Default DMAIPA - DC Training

Gonna be starting my new log. Finally got my T-Alpha and Mass Addiction from Anabolic Addiction. Looking forward to see how my body handles these two stacked together. Im also taking a creatine, and BCAAs, and Whey.

Workout: DC Training

Day one would be Monday and would be:
Chest
Shoulders
Triceps
Back width
Back thickness

Day two would be Wednesday and would be:
Biceps
Forearms
Calves
Hamstrings
Quads

Day three would be Friday and would be:
Chest
Shoulders
Triceps
Back width
Back thickness
(Sat+sun off)

Day four would be the following Monday and would be
Biceps
Forearms
Calves
Hamstrings
Quads

And so on Wednesday Friday Monday Wednesday etc.

Before heading off to the gym in an hour i just took my t-alpha and had my first dose of Mass Addiction.

Could be the anticipation to workout or what not but do feel the t-alpha a bit. But like i said probably just more excited to get started.

Todays workout:
Chest: Hammer Incline Press
Shoulders: Hammer Shoulder
Triceps: Dips
Back Width: Wide Grip Pulldowns
Back Thickness: T-Bar Row or Hammer Row

The gym was packed when i went. Who knew that at 11 AM that the gym would be so frickin packed! well i did my best to stick to the exercises.

Monday Workout:
Chest: Hammer Chest Press (Incline was taken):
1 PL ea. side x 15
2 PL x 10
2 PL + 25s x 8
3 PL x 6 + 2 + 1 rest-pause in between each mini set of 10-15 deep breaths (last rep fought the weight during the negative until couldn't holder any longer)

Shoulders: Shoulder Press Machine
Warmed up with a couple sets of reps
Work set: 170 x 10+3+3 rest pause (last rep of mini set fought the weight down

*after presses - DB Lateral Raises: 15s x 15

Triceps: Triceps Pushdowns (i like how different cable systems have different weights, on one cable i can almost stack it, this one! brought be back down to reality)
2-3 warm up sets
100 lbs x 10+4+3

Back Width: Wide Grip Pulldowns
2-3 warm-up sets
170 x 8+3+2

Back Thickness: Cable Seated Rows (same thing on these as the triceps, but oh well)
2-3 warm-up sets
180 x 15

at the end of the workout i followed DC extreme stretching protocols. Sometimes i do them after the exercises but today i did them all after the workout. I really like the extreme stretches afterwards, i can actually tell the difference it makes.

*T-Alpha by Anabolic Addiction: took it 1 hr before training like it recommends. Felt focused and energize, unsure if it was from the T-Alpha or just that i was more excited to see what this stuff is going to do. So far

Tuesday: Cardio

Since im back in hawaii visiting, took my 2 pills of T-Alpha and went for a 45 minute beach walk early this morning on an empty stomach. Walked on the soft sand, then jumped into the ocean.



Took first serving of Mass Addiction with my breakfast. and will be taking my next three doses throughout the day.
