Default Rich "The Freak on Wheels" Knapps AAEFX Test Charge Log.

I am starting a New product by AAEFX called "Test Charge" today. I will keep a log here about how it works for me.
It comes as a kit with "A" being drops and "B" a tablet. I will be taking "A" in the morning and before my night work out. Then the "B" at bed time with my Leucine and AAEFX ZMA ELite.

Default July 17th

Starting out. B/W= 160 lbs. Flexed mesurements: Bi's = 16" Chest (not a lat spread pose, arms hanging down but lats flexed) = 46 1/2.

"A" Work out with BTB. This was kind of a play day so didn't keep track of any weights today. Just made darn sure I felt it before I was done.

H.S. ISO Shoulder Presses

Did some paying with BB presses. I failed big time. Still have a ways to go on stabalizers.

Thats why my home "B" work outs are always for saturation. Well other than don't have safty spotters. lol
