Diet: Hair high. 2400 calories.

Notes: Nailed it again. I felt beastly today, and just crushed weight. I was sweating profusely, energized, and wanting the workout to go on and on.

I got sick of doing dumbbell rows with only 125, so I slapped on some Olympic 25's and rowed with 155's. Felt damn good.

Pendlay rows felt like butter. Shrugs were ok, but should have stuck with 455.

It doesn't bother me much. I don't really train my biceps hard so I never notice them on back day.
