currently im not on a strict diet plan, i think overall i eat pretty healthy normally but i admit i love my beer. No binging, just love to have a beer every now and then. If the world were perfect, i would just drink beer and eat meat.

But when i let myself go and eat whatever i want lets take this weekend for an example. Had 15 buffalo wings (not organic, the kind they shoot up with growth hormones and crap, i figure if they got that stuff in the wings maybe a little bit of it will come into me..hahaha) and a medium chicken, pepperoni cheese pizza, and a beer. Heaven!

heard when you get buffalo wings super hot..the effects of the steroids shot into them have a much more greater effect when you ingest them

once a week ill have a carb-up day ware i will double my healthy carbs (normally on back day)
and then on saturday (after leg day) ill have my all out cheat day, and for the most part anything goes as long as i dont go overboard on serving size.

regarding hindering progress: if its mostly carb based cheating ill be ok, but heavy fatty meals have to be worked out because they go straight to bodyfat stores.

for some yeah, for me a cup of milk will do more damage than a night of drinking.
i drink way to damn much, and with the amount of work i put in at the gym and on my diet.... i really wonder how id look if i didnt drink. but for now i look great and drink like a horse, so im happy
