Tuesday Broke some PR's Tired from work but Blasted it as much as I could. Started laying off the Heavy weight for biceps. Just doing reps for them and on fridays using my power to blast the heavy back work like I have been doing.

Thanks man, I didnt go above 200 on the close grip Press cause,Well, No spotter and I just dont trust it. last time I went to 200+ I had a spotter, So this time I just went for reps. Felt good.

Those DB's I'm going to be breaking 200lbs DB rows soon. All my back work is shooting thought the roof and it's making my biceps grow, Screw the Curls, I just do them now for hypertrophey.

I just rip um up with those DB rows and then curls..But my Friday is my Big Back day..Gonna shoot to Break Another PR in those Dead Lifts..Tomorrow is legs, Gonna **** um up something proper!

2) 20lb Sledge Hammer To Tire Super Set with 20lb Mace Bells
Sledge - 3 x 1 min Round
Macebells - 3 x 20 both directions

3) 20lb Kettle Bell Alt Swing Toss super set Box Jumps
KB's - 3 x 15 deep
Box Jumps - 3 x 15/15/20 Fast

4) Jump Rope Weighted Speed Boxing Skips - 3 sets at 200 seconds

Done - Sweat Everywhere, Pulled this in Half Hour
