since clean and press is a full body exercise i see that as a combo already..core work is always good.

I got though this

Sit Ups - 3 x30
Roman Chairs - 3 x 50

1x20 both ways of Macebells followed by 1 set of ab wheel 1 x 10

Then I was like bleh **** this
