Part 2 of Monday work out Awesome High Intense Cardio circuit sweat everywhere

Total Time - 20mins

Warm up - Running back and forth for 3 min with 45lb plates

The Circuit - one right after the other

Jumping Jacks- 5 x 100
Boxing Foot Work - 5 x 60 sec count
Squat Thrust - 5 x8-10
Push Ups - 5 x 20
Box Jumps-5 x 15



I get addicted fast to this type of training, I love my MMA training but I also dont want to sac my muscle gains..So I am doing hard cardio 3 x a week and keeping it at 20 -25 maybe 30 mins..But I wanted to go longer, I could have gone for 2 hours..I wore low top slip on vans do my feet would start hurting and stop me for going longer
