4) standing cable flyes with plate shrug super set
cable flyes- 60 each side- 12/12/12/12
shrugs with 45lbs plates- 4x2o

5) v bar cable tricep press downs

6) revserse grip flat bar press down

Can anyone help me. I re installed windows xp pro on my comp and i installed my wireless connection. Its picking up the connection but will not let me connect to the internet. I try to re new my ip and it wont let me. Keeps saying it cant connect. Wtf is going on??

sweet deads man, i'm sure your true max is higher than that though, you were prob drained from the singles before it. once you took bigger jumps you'd hit higher weights! great job.
