Yep.



I've read much about it the past few weeks. I'm a big believer in being able to do more than you think you can do, and my training lately had kind of stalled. I found that I didn't have to work very hard to stay where I was (both training and diet-wise), so I had been going through the motions.


I finally decided to stop being a bitch and start working again.
