Nope I can bend very easily...I've been playing football and my backs been fine...deadlifting isn't even really a problem its just squatting but since I started gaining some weight its been feeling a bit better. The back just feels a bit tight

I think its just tight from pushing too hard while not eating enough to let it recover... I'll keep updating how it feels in my log

really happy about the PRs, squats felt good on the lower back they were deep as ****. gained 4 pounds in a little over a week! things are going very well
