started using this food log on livestrong.com called myplate. it's amazing, today i had 3820 calories. PCF ratio was crap, i need to work on this a bit i think i had 40% fat 35% carbs 25% protein.

i'm a total noob when it comes to this. i had 225 g of protein today so i think if i just lowered my fats i'd be good? idk....

yup, you can see my 4 month progress pics in my old log: http://muscleandbrawn.com/forums/tra...tion-bulk.html its like two pages from the back i think.

i just started using the food log on livestrong.com and its helping me track my calories better so i can make sure i get enough through the day, i'm aiming for 3500. it says that'll have me gaining 1 lb a week so that's my goal

not too challenging yet, i'm going to do 225 next week then start adding 10 lbs per week. i started at 185 and was adding 15 per week just to get back into it and once i hit 225 (next week) i'll add 10 a week for as long as i can.
