Thanks. I love doing legs because I always feel strong and always push it hard. I think it is probably my best part. Just gonna have to tan it up before the competition. The quads are pasty white haha

only like 5 pounds so far. That's a rough estimate. I just weighed myself and it said 169, but I have eaten 3 times, and had 2 protein shakes.
