Better to over-reach, than under-reach. Next time you try 255 for 5x5, it'll go up like a feather.

Its not really that big deal, worked in different rep ranges on all days. It feels very good but my experience squatting more than 4-5 days a week effects my recovery too much to do on a regular basis. Its fun though :P

21/7 Deadlift day

Comments: ****ing great pulls today, rearanged my form a bit (i got some hints from researching) and started the pull by pulling slightly backwards instead of up, pulling the bar against chins and it made a huge difference. This was a mental factor (to think backwards instead of up) previously neglected. 600 raw dead here i come!

It was all LIGHTWEIGHT today and a great but short workout.

Deadlifts (week 5, 5x5)
3x3x155
4x265
4x310
1x375 -added belt

5x430 - Like picking up the towel from the bathroom floor, weight flew up.
5x430
5x430
5x430 - Starting to get rough
5x430
* PR (sets/reps). 10s hold at top of last rep of every set.

BB Shrugs
10x485
10x600
10x750

Abwork
Inc Situps - bw - 3x20
Leg Raises - bw 3x20

With numbers like that Swede you are probably closer to 600 than you think.

Great work.

Damn, Swede, you're going to have traps that touch your ears and spinal erectors that put most gym rats' biceps to shame.

Thanks buddys! I have not maxed out this year i think, rehabed a back injury meanwhile and so on, max week is calculated in one month, with calculated max of 240kg (previous 1RM), but that seems kind of low by the feel of things right now. 272.5kg is possible.
