I've been following this log over the last week and this stuff seems pretty good.

A friend of mine has been raving about Jack3d, so I thought I would try it since I could use a bit more energy going into my morning workouts. That, and I'm tired of chugging energy drinks pre-wo. I'll definitely give this stuff a whirl after I start and finish my new Jack3d.

I'm only taking 2 scoops. As long as I can cruise through my workout with energy, I try to stick with the minimum serving.

Looking good BTB. I may have to try that stuff. I tried some 1-M-R yesterday for the first time and I thought it was pretty good. Not sure if it was the product, or just the change from Jack3d.

I still have some Jack3d lying around, and have tried 1MR. I didn't care for either of those...though I know they work for so many.

Pre-workout supplements are a mystery to me. They are so hit and miss.

I could have run a log for the MMORPG Asheron's Call back in the day. I think I played that for 3-4 years.

BSN ALL THE WHEY!! pahaha I really am the queen of "dad jokes" but anyways...
I love syntha 6 and Iv'e just started taking the cell-mass directly after training and 15mins before my p/shake- Ill keep ya's posted on how it goes for me I also take fish oil, calcium, glucosamine/chondroitin complex supplements also-
