Damn! That looks one helluva powerful physique. Always wondered how powerlifters would look once they shred. Dave Tate and now Matt Kroc, both look pretty good.

The guy looks great! And looks like he has NOT jumped on the HGH train which is good imo! Gear no doubt, but still...this is the type of physique that I like seeing in BBing.

I've been following his training log on elitefts for a long time. He sort of morphed out of a Westside template, but dropped speed work and added a day solely for upper back. His split has not really changed much as he switched to bodybuilding, but the rep scheme has changed drastically.

Thanks for the info. Drop sets are brutal. I might be able to hang with them if I rest 30 seconds between
