Default calories in shake

CALLMEKING, Great question. I will find out today, going to redo that video so it's more organized and explains the ingredients more and tells how many cals, etc. but almond milk (unsweetened) is super low in cals, carbs, sugars, it's great!


Today is glutes and legs. I am focussing on gaining mass in my glutes, but no more in legs, so went heavy on butt, and added in plyometrics for some cardio in between. LOVED doing that. I got a step up bench (the high ones) and put it in weight room and jumped about 15 times (as many as my plato legs could jump after doing squats) and then did another glute exercise with heart rate up and then took a bench, bent over it and did side hops, about 25, which were a lot easier than I thought they'd be, felt a bunny rabbit.

I like what you wrote there. To many people, Women, and Men, will not work the very important gluteal muscles hard. If they only knew how much strength and power is derived from those muscles, and what is making their butt big is just fat. Build the muscle, lose that fat, and the backside they want is there.
