Hey guys/gals!!!! I'm back at it after a severe r/c surgery in Nov. Tore the whole tendon off the bone along with a partial tear of the upper bicep tendon.
Its healing up great and I'm back at it slowly
3/27/10
am cardio 60 min walk/jog
All afternoon yard work 2-3 hours worth.

am cardio 70 min leisure walk

I have been using Eric Broser's PRRS Training System since 2000. Prior to that I was just doing basic power lifting.My goal for now is just to get my shoulder 100%. The right one is 100%, so I know I can get the left one there as well.
My main goal will be to compete next April or May 2011.
